This year your little folklings will be greeted by magic and wonder as they are taken on a fully immersive adventure through the North Pole!

From the moment their journey begins, they will be captivated by an enchanting theatrical tale, bringing to life the true spirit of Christmas .
​
Your little folklings will be welcomed into the Elf Village,where their joyous curiosity will immerse them into a world of true magic.Cheeky elves will keep your little folkings entertained with festive activities, as they are taken on a journey to meet the characters of the Elf Village.
​
Meet Juniper Jellybean in her chocolate box cottage, Joy Jingles at Jingle Jangle Junction, Jovie and Jimbles in the Workshop and Artie in the Post Room, not to mention a magical meeting with Father Christmas himself.

The Enchanted Grotto opens its doors once more and welcomes little folklings to capture their imagination with a glimpse of true magic:

Babies under 12 months are free of charge when accompanying an older sibling! Adult tickets need to be purchased and are not included in the child ticket.

Please note - We recommend that you arrive at the event no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your pre-booked time slot. Your experience will start promptly at the time you have booked. For example if you have purchased tickets for the 11am session this is the time your experience will start and we advise you to arrive at the enchanted pathway around 10.50 am ready for a prompt start at 11am!! The experience is around 45-50 minutes long.
Once Upon a Wish Events LTD does not guarantee the appearance of any particular character, costume or activity at this event . Please note the Actors used in the Enchanted Grotto event are different from the Breakfast+Afternoon tea events held at the same venue.

THIS IS AN ALL WEATHER EVENT AND TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. In extenuating circumstances such as a pandemic, lockdown or fire , a refund would be issued. In extreme weather conditions a transfer to an alternative date will be issued.
