This year, your little folklings are invited on an unforgettable, fully immersive adventure through the North Pole! From the very first step, they'll be whisked away into a captivating theatrical tale that brings to life the heartwarming spirit of Christmas.

Begin the Journey in the Elf Village!
​
Their festive quest begins in the whimsical Elf Village, where they become a part of this year's enchanting story. Our cheeky trio of elves—Jovie, Juniper, and Jimbles—will lead your little ones through a wonderland of laughter, games, and festive fun!​ Will your child graduate from Elf Academy and help the ever-determined Artie Pinecone crack the mysterious Postal Challenge? Only the bravest folklings will succeed!​

This year, prepare for an extra sprinkle of enchantment as we unveil the Kitchen of Wonder and Delight—where none other than Mrs. Christmas herself will be making a very special guest appearance!

A Truly Magical Christmas Encounter

All activities are included in your ticket, and every family will enjoy a private, unforgettable meeting with Father Christmas himself! Each paying child will also receive a beautiful soft toy gift to treasure forever.

The entire experience lasts approximately 45–60 minutes

Once Upon a Wish Events LTD does not guarantee the appearance of any particular character, costume or activity at this event . Please note the Actors used in the Enchanted Grotto event are different from the Breakfast+Afternoon tea events held at the same venue.

THIS IS AN ALL WEATHER EVENT AND TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. In extenuating circumstances such as a pandemic, lockdown or fire , a refund would be issued. In extreme weather conditions a transfer to an alternative date will be issued.
